Marie-Laure Lemineur is a professional consultant, recently completing a mission with the International Telecommunication Union (ITU) cybercrime unit.

A dual citizen of Costa Rica and France, Ms. Lemineur has focused on education, technology and human development in Latin America while working with the UN and other regional agencies.

Marie-Laure is a public speaker and author of several publications covering cybersecurity and online child protection. She holds a Master of Law degree in International Human Rights Law from the University of Colchester, and an undergraduate law degree from the University of Lyon III.
